eCommerce Going Out of Business Before Really Starting

Welcome to another episode of eCommerce Story Time with Brandon Dupsky.  In this episode I talk about a typical David versus Goliath story where I nearly went out of business in a heartbeat two different times before my business was really off the ground.

In this story I share how I started off helping people advertise the for sale by owner home listings onto the Internet during the very early days before there were any established leaders in this market space.  I also talk about the struggles I had early on with the local newspaper company for denying my classified advertisements because they viewed me as a “Threat” to their business and how they nearly crushed me like the cockroach that I was. Where have you heard that one before?

There are many “Single Points of Failure” in your business. You need to know what they are and do your best to protect your business from them.
