Did You Build Yourself a Mousetrap?

I talk with eCommerce merchants on a daily basis whether it via social networks, instant chat, phone calls and in person at conferences.  One theme I hear over and over is how much work it is to run and grow their eCommerce business.  Many of them never planned for it to be so much work or consume so much of their time.  Many sellers call it the hamster wheel where they’re constantly running just to keep things going.  So when I saw this mouse trap video I thought it was the perfect inspiration for merchants to realize now is the time to get out from under the mousetrap they have built.
